- When booked through our direct booking channel, credit card details are filled in. This is only to secure the booking, no deposit will be charged to the card.
- Full payment is done one day prior to arrival. If there are any issues with the payment an email is sent out to get a confirmation for the booking.
- Free cancellation is 3 days prior to arrival.
- Children under the age of 3 stay for free.
- Children under the age of 13 qualify for a discount on the advertised price at check-in.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated in shared dorms.
- 11% VAT is included in all our prices.

Cancellations are done through the booking channel where the booking is made. When you book with our direct booking channel you will get a cancellation link in the first confirmation email.
If the notice of cancellation is less than 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the value of the first night of your reservation is charged. In the event of a no-show, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
